If you have not stopped in at Bryan's Smokehouse lately, you are missing out on some of the best food and service in Texas. I was greeted at the door by Zach Devaney, a young man that made sure everything was perfect during my visit.

If you have not stopped in at Bryan's Smokehouse lately, you are missing out on some of the best food and service in Texas. I was greeted at the door by Zach Devaney, a young man that made sure everything was perfect during my visit.
Bryan's is known for great Bar-B-Q, but they have much, much more. I ordered the chopped beef sandwich, sweet tea and chips, my noon day quick lunch. Be sure to put a little of that Red Sauce on the sandwich, if you like it extra hot. They also have hand cut batter and hand tenderized, Texas size chicken fried steaks and big as a saddle blanket.
For desert they have your choice of Homemade Pies, in apple, peach, cherry, chocolate, blueberry, and sometimes if you’re lucky, buttermilk.
On Friday and Saturday nights customers are treated to music by local area musicians.
Bryan's Smokehouse location has been a hot spot since the early 50's when it was known as the Pioneer Drive In. Stop by and say hello to Lynn and Tommy Bryan. The will be glad you did.
